Emma Shimony, PsyD, MPH
Clinical Psychologist

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can build resilience and self-confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs.
With a focus on empowerment, psychoeducation, and practical tools, I work with individuals and couples on a range of concerns. My clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings includes work with Veterans, as well as training in psycho-oncology and community mental health, which informs my dedication to holistic and personalized care. I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel validated, supported, and empowered to live in line with their goals and values
